A power of attorney can be drawn up before any notary public in a few minutes, using our office details. If you are abroad, you can have it issued at the nearest Turkish consulate; the necessary details are given to you at the initial consultation.
The duration varies with the type of matter, the state of the evidence and the courts' caseload. A realistic timetable is given at the initial assessment, and you are kept informed of every development throughout.
Fees are determined by the scope of the matter and the work it requires, and never fall below the Union of Turkish Bar Associations' Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff. They are stated openly at the initial consultation; no unexpected costs arise.
